ABOUT THE TWILIGHT RUN:

The Twilight Run is a new series of night time 5km and 10km off road running races.

Whether you've got the nerve to run solo or seek safety in numbers and come as a group, dust off those trail shoes and grab your head torch!

The run starts during twilight as you make your way down the trail, into the forest. As long as you don't bump into the notorious Cornish Were Bear or the much feared Devonian Sabre Badger then you'll make your way back to the finish in the dark...hopefully... The course is lapped. x 1 lap for 5KM and x 2 laps for the 10KM.

Nothing makes you run faster than hearing a twig snapping in the trees to the side of the path.

All runners will receive a medal and there will be hot refreshments on hand for the victorious runners and the stalwart supporters!

Although you will be following a trail you will be running in the dark on uneven surfaces so make sure you bring your head torch and your mobile phone on the run!

The course will be marked by white flashing lights and where there is a specific danger, red flashing lights will be used.

The event is timed and results will be live, published on the 'Results' link on this website.
